Our alliance partner SIDCA continues working on the foundations for the residential property on lot 39.
Our Alliance partner WilsonCo is working on all the interior and exterior finishes of the residential property on lot 20 at the Coco Beach. The home on Lot 20 is a custom villa development, owned by a Canadian client.
Our alliance partner WilsonCo has started with the construction of the walls of this residential property. The layout of the house is now becoming visible. Have you spotted the master bedroom yet? 😉
We shared an update before about the installments of the led lights in the Beach Club, but wanted to add a GIF video to show you the evening vibes. These lights can be adjusted to different colors. Plants will be placed around the pool and led lights to create a beautiful ambiance.
Below a visual update of the progress of the residential property on lot 15 in Coco Beach. This property is being constructed by SIDCA, just as the property on lot 39. You now clearly see the shape of the covered terrace which extents the living room with beautiful outdoor living space.
Our alliance partner WilsonCo has started to work up from the foundation. Soon we will see the walls going to roof height for this residential property.

Palmadera has continued the work on the wooden finishes at the Beach Club in Coco Beach. These railings will be treated and have the same color as the rest of the wood used for the Beach Club.
