The beach club has been designed to use as much locally produced, natural and organic materials as possible. You can see this in the roof, wooden structure and flooring.

This week has been worked on the access road inside the C-Lots. The road connects to the main road inside Gatun Lake Farms and provides access to the individual C-lot farms.
In the past weeks, we have been working on the development of one of the social areas at Yuma Mountain Community. This social area includes a full natural spring water pool, with refreshing water coming down from the mountains of Campana and Chica, straight into the pool. Lot 55 is situated in the middle of Coco Beach, it was recently sold to clients from the United States. This lot is sized 1.169 m2 / 12583 sq.ft.
