Project Updates

Woodworks have been completed at the beach club in Coco Beach by Palmadera. Below a visual update of the completed works.

Our alliance partner WilsonCo continues with the construction of the residential property on lot 22. Currently they continue work on the foundations of the residential property.

Our Alliance partner WilsonCo is continuing with the outside cladding and tiling for the beach villa on lot 20 at Coco Beach.

Our Alliance partner WilsonCo is working on all the interior and exterior finishes of the residential property on lot 20 at the Coco Beach. Below a short visual update as per March 6, 2021. The home on Lot 20 is a custom villa development, owned by a Canadian client.

Our alliance partner WilsonCo continues with the construction of the residential property on lot 22. Currently they are working on the plumbing system of the residential property.

Woodworks continue at the beach club in Coco Beach by Palmadera while the surrounding areas are being cleaned, which provides clear and easy access to the beach. 

Our alliance partner SIDCA continues working on the construction of the residential property on lot 39. Preparations are being done to start wall construction.

Our alliance partner WilsonCo continues with the construction of the residential property on lot 22. Below a visual update as of March 02, 2021.

Below a visual update of the progress of the residential property on lot 15 in Coco Beach. The roof is being isolated and the ceilings will be placed soon. In addition, the works on the gas, water, and electricity connections are being done.
